The project involved designing and implementing a modern, transparent, and intuitive internet banking platform for individual clients of VeloBank. The main goal was innovation and attracting new users by aggregating all of the bank’s financial products available online in one easily accessible place. The project included work on the mobile application as well as web versions (desktop, tablet, mobile) and was carried out by a team consisting of 6 UX/UI Designers.
A significant challenge was presenting and explaining our design decisions to the bank’s team. I convinced them our solutions were sound based on research. While I conveyed the value of our approach, I recognized certain proposals from their team would be better suited for our project, it was fine for me.
