Orlen – Gas Station Management System Concept

As part of a tender process, I was tasked with preparing a concept for a modern gas station management system. The goal was to showcase how such a solution could support employees in their daily work and provide better control over key processes – from customer service, to inventory management, and sales reporting.

The first step was an in-depth benchmark and inspiration analysis, drawing from retail, e-commerce, and existing industry solutions. Based on this research, I created a concept for a system that not only met business requirements but was also feasible from a technological standpoint.

Together with a designer from my team, I refined the details of the interface and core user flows, ensuring clarity, consistency, and ease of use. The result was a concept that combined usability and transparency with real support for daily station management.

The final concept was presented to the client as part of the tender proposal and received positive feedback, highlighting our approach to design – pragmatic yet full of fresh ideas.
